How to Get Involved?

Welcome to Our Parish Family!

We are blessed by your presence in our parish community. Whether you’ve just joined us or have called this parish home for many years, we believe the Holy Spirit has brought you here for a reason.

As members of the Body of Christ, each one of us has received the gifts of the Holy Spirit through Baptism and Confirmation. These gifts are not meant to lie dormant. The Church teaches that every baptized person is called to active participation in the life and mission of the Church: “The laity have the right and duty to work so that the divine message of salvation may be known and accepted by all”  (cf. Vatican II, Apostolicam Actuositatem, 3).

St. Paul tells us:

“Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit… To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good.” — 1 Corinthians 12:4,7

The Catechism of the Catholic Church affirms this call to serve:

“Having become a member of the Church, the person baptised belongs no longer to himself, but to him who died and rose for us… He is called to be subject to others, to serve them in communion of the church and to obey and submit to the church’s leaders …” — CCC 1269

Whether your gifts are in hospitality, music, teaching, intercessory prayer, or simply a willing heart, there is a place for you here. By offering your time, talents, and presence, you help build up the Body of Christ and make our parish a true house of prayer, fellowship, and service.

Other Ways to Help: Supporting the Church Financially

Not everyone can serve in a public ministry—but all can participate in the mission of the Church by sharing the blessings they have received.

“HonoUr the Lord with your wealth, with the firstfruits of all your produce; then your barns will be filled with plenty.” — Proverbs 3:9-10

Financial contributions—no matter the amount—help ensure that the Church’s doors remain open, the sacraments are celebrated with dignity, the poor are served, and the beauty of our Catholic liturgy is upheld.

Your offerings support:

  • The celebration of daily and Sunday Masses with reverence and solemnity
  • Liturgical and sacramental needs (vestments, altar supplies, candles, missals)
  • Pastoral outreach and faith formation programs
  • Maintenance of church buildings and grounds
  • Charitable initiatives and social services
  • and more

The Church does not exist to make money—but it does require resources to carry out her sacred mission. As Pope Francis reminds us:

“The Church is not a relief organization, an enterprise or an NGO… She is a community of people moved by the Holy Spirit, who have experienced the mercy of God and want to share it.”
— cf. Pope Francis, Homily, April 24, 2013

Your generous support, whether through time, talent, or treasure, is an act of discipleship. It is your “yes” to Christ’s invitation to love and to serve.
